All prospective personal training clients will receive a free, no obligation, 30 minute consultation. This helps me establish your needs and goals and you can ask any questions you may have about the process and decide if you want me to work with you.

We can then work out what option would best suit your needs and budget, be that just a few sessions, a block of 10 sessions, or a goal orientated package.

Tailor Made Packages

As well as improving your general fitness and wellbeing, tailor made packages of 6-12 weeks duration are available to achieve a specific goal, such as:

  • Lose weight for a wedding/party/holiday etc
  • Run a 5km/10 km/ Half Marathon
  • Injury rehabilitation

Action Plan

Whatever option or package you choose, we will work together to develop an Action Plan taking into account your exercise needs, preferences and time availability.

This can involve:

  • Goal Setting – SMART goals with regular reviews/reassessment
  • Exercise Plan – scheduled PT sessions, plus exercise by yourself, increasing general activity levels
  • Nutrition Plan – food diary, general recommendations and suggested meal plans/recipes
  • Mindset & Motivation – avoiding pitfalls, positive thinking, self belief and support from me
